Going from a Series 3 to a Series 7, you really notice the increased size of the display and the more rounded corners.
However, a few subtle design changes make the new edition a real improvement on previous generations. Instead, the Apple Watch Series 7 looks almost exactly the same as the Series 6. Multiple leaks and rumors that a new square-edged design was on the way turned out to be totally false.
